AARON BOCCARDO + MONIQUE BOCCARDO
Meet the owners of Empire Performance Centre - Aaron Boccardo and Monique Boccardo - who have a combined 20 years of experience in the Fitness Industry.
Aaron and Monique have a huge passion for health and fitness and helping people achieve real results from healthy training protocols and an active lifestyle. They have both been involved with sport from an early age - Monique through dancing and playing State League Soccer, and Aaron playing Baseball and Softball, where he represented Australia in the green and gold!
They have both competed Nationally and Internationally in Body Building and have trained clients at these levels.
As a team, their focus has shifted to wanting to help people on a larger scale, which is why they have created Empire Performance Centre. Aaron and Monique are very present in the gym, both as a friendly face and for their own training, so be sure to say hello when you are in!

Empire Performance Centre is a 24 hour Gym designed with high quality Equipment and Unique Training Facilities.
We are more than just a gym, at Empire we bring you a welcoming and motivating environment for all ages and all levels of Health and Fitness. Without the anxiety and without the egos that can be experienced at most gyms.
We are here to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether it is through our completely customised group classes, or via our highly experienced and knowledgeable Personal Trainers. Our classes include Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Boxing and our trainers are extremely passionate about helping you set and achieve your goals.

Our weights area is loaded with high quality strength machines, free weights, cardio machines, lifting platforms and much more.
Here at Empire we run body transformation challenges throughout the year, which are known for their great individual results, along with awesome prizes to be won. We also have creche facilities available to mind your little ones and while they make new friends, you can achieve your Fitness Goals.
