KIDS AND TEENS CLASSES
We now offer Kids and Teens Classes at Empire!
Our Kids Classes are designed for children between the ages of 5-9, and our Teens Class 10-15. These Classes encourage your children to keep active as they learn more about their health and fitness all while getting fitter and stronger.
Teens Class: Mondays 4:15pm - 5:00pm
Kids Class: Thursdays 4:30pm - 5:00pm
CRECHE AVAILABLE
Monday to Friday: 8am - 11am
Every 2nd Saturday: 8am - 9am
$4 Up to 1 hour
$5 1-2 Hours
Bookings are essential
