LIFT:

Our Lift Classes focus on exercises designed to build and strengthen your major muscle groups that are used for daily movements. Strength and Conditioning is highly beneficial for those people who are wanting to improve their metabolic rate, overall health and wellbeing. Our LIFT Classes are programmed into three splits each week; Push, Pull and Legs, with a structured 8 week building block with strength testing at the start and end of each block.

HYROX:

HYROX is a global fitness racing competition designed to test endurance, strength and overall physical fitness through a set of functional exercises. Our HYROX classes are specifically programmed and designed to push you to your limits and prepare for this fitness race, all while getting fitter and stronger. These Classes are split into three class styles; Foundational, Engine and Power - suited to all fitness levels, even if you are not wanting to compete in HYROX.

Foundational:
Designed to build baseline fitness with strength, endurance and aerobic capacity.

Engine:
Designed to boost your endurance, aerobic capacity, lactate threshold and tolerance. These classes utilise a series of intervals, compromised workouts, and sprint efforts to develop speed, VO2 Max and endurance.

Power:
Helps to build muscular power through strength, moving weight overtime, and do it while fatigued.

PERFORM:

Our PERFORM Class involves a combination of weights, body weight and plyometric exercises generally programmed into a circuit style Class. These classes are modified every week and involves short bursts of anaerobic training with minimal rest periods.
We offer 45 minutes of different exercises and variations such as, weighted full body movements and functional based movements to elevate your heart to maximise your fat burning potential. 

MAT PILATES:

Our Mat Pilates Classes will focus on strengthening your core, improving posture, and move with control. These sessions are designed to be low impact yet challenging, helping you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels – whether you’re looking to enhance your training, recover from workouts, or simply improve mobility.

SUPER SATURDAY:

Our Super Saturday Class is the perfect way to kick off your weekend with energy, variety, and community. Designed to challenge both your strength and endurance, these sessions combine cardio conditioning with functional strength training for a complete full-body workout.

What makes Super Saturday unique is the focus on partner and team-based workouts. You’ll work together, motivate one another, and share the challenge, creating a fun and supportive training environment that’s at the heart of our Empire community.

Every Saturday at 8:30am.

KIDS & TEENS CLASSES:

We offer classes at Empire for your Kids and Teens, teaching children about movement patterns and learning more about their health and fitness while getting fitter and stronger. Our Kids Classes are designed for children aged 5-9 years old, and our Teens Classes are designed for children aged 10-15. Our Kids and Teens Classes are $15 per class, paid at reception prior to start times.

Teens Class: 4:15pm to 5:00pm Mondays
Kids Class: 4:30pm to 5:00pm Thursdays
